The Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) are pleased to announce the 2024 grant competition for the joint “Rustaveli-DAAD” scholarship program.
This program is designed for:
- Young scientists (citizens of Georgia) who have been awarded their doctoral degree no more than 12 years prior to the announcement of the competition.
- PhD students.
- Doctoral students of joint doctoral programs.
The grant competition aims to fund projects that include internships at German higher educational institutions and/or research institutes, covering the following subjects:
- a) For young scientists: The scholarship duration is between 2 to 6 months.
- b) For PhD students: The scholarship duration is 3 months.
- c) For doctoral students of joint doctoral programs: The scholarship duration is 6 months.
Internships must take place between June 1 and November 30, 2024.
