Competition for Painting and Film Painting Students – Bratislava, Slovakia

• Opportunity: One-week Erasmus mobility (training and workshop) in the spring semester of 2025 at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava, Slovakia, for students from TSSA Faculty of Fine Arts (2 places for painting students and 2 places for film painting students).

Erasmus – International Staff Week

Host University: Kastamonu Üniversitesi, Turkey
Event: The International Cooperation Week focused on the Erasmus+ KA171 program, strengthening involvement with third countries and sharing experiences.
Participants: 26 participants from 17 countries, including Georgia, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Philippines, Malaysia, Algeria, Jordan, Ukraine, China, Indonesia, Uzbekistan, and Ghana.

Information for TSA Graphics Department Students

• Opportunity: Erasmus-Zero mobility for students in the Graphics Department at Escuela de Arte de Oviedo, Spain, in the spring semester of 2025 (tuition fees are waived, but other expenses are the student’s responsibility).
• Eligibility: Only students with active status. The student must pay tuition fees before the mobility semester.

Erasmus+ Student Mobility Competition for Fashion Design Students at the High School of Art in Castellón, Spain

A one-semester Erasmus+ mobility selection competition is announced for students of the Faculty of Design, Fashion Design Department at Tbilisi State Academy of Arts (TSSA). The selected student will attend the High School of Art in Castellón, Spain during the spring semester of the 2024-2025 academic year.
Required Documents (to be submitted to the Dean of the Faculty of Design, Head of Fashion Design, and the Commission in English):
• Portfolio
• CV
• Mark sheet (in Georgian)
• Letter of motivation
• English language certificate (B2 level) or proof of English proficiency issued by a TSSA foreign language teacher
• Application for participation (with a photo of the application after registering it at the TSSA office)
Eligibility: Students from the 3rd year of the bachelor’s program or higher, and master’s students are eligible to apply.

ERASMUS – Photography Professor’s Workshop Academy of Fine Arts, Gdańsk, Poland

From October 14-18, 2024, the Department of Photography of the Faculty of Media Arts at TSSA will host Lucyna Kolendo, a photography professor from the Academy of Fine Arts, Gdańsk, Poland, as part of an Erasmus partnership.
On October 16-17, a workshop will be held for students from the Faculty of Media Arts, Photography, and Faculty of Fine Arts – Graphics.
Workshop Topic: Combining Photography and Creative Writing

Student Erasmus+ Mobility Selection Competition – Szczecin Academy of Arts, Poland

A one-semester Erasmus student mobility competition is announced for TSSA Faculty of Fine Arts – Painting students. The competition is for 1 place for the fall semester of the 2024-2025 academic year at the Academy of Arts in Szczecin, Poland.

Erasmus Mobility in Tartu, Estonia – Restoration Direction

From May 27-31, within the Erasmus+ institutional agreement between TSS and Tartu University-Pallas University of Applied Sciences High School of Arts, Asmat Tkeshelashvili, professor of restoration, participated in a mobility program. The workshop, titled “Methodology of Paper Conservation in the Academy of Arts and Georgia: Printed Paper Cleaning – Dry and Wet Methods, Japanese Paper”, was conducted for students at Tartu University.
