About the program

The Specialty of Cinema-TV Arts is an independent discipline at the Faculty of Visual Arts. A section of Cinema-TV arts was established in 1968. Cinema-TV Arts are a com- pletely specific and functional field. One of the main compo- nent parts of the program’s conceptual structure is the development of a student’s creative and spatial thinking, applying comprehensively and expanding the visual capabili- ties of cinema-TV media language, achieving creative thinking and artistic independence, working out the skills for orientation in a contemporary media environment, as well as acquiring the highly artistic and creative tools of representation of the visual characteristics of feature films, short films, TV films, advertising clips, and TV and staged shows.
